Important information for your exam day
ID document
On the day of the exam, you must identify yourself with an identity document.
Recognition of previous examination results
It is possible to have previously passed exam components (oral/written) recognized. The exam fee remains unchanged. A copy of the previous certificate must be brought to the exam on the day of the exam.
Results of the examination
It usually takes at least 4 weeks (4 to 6 weeks) for the test results to be available here.

So läuft die TELC-Prüfung ab
Die Prüfung besteht aus einer schriftlichen und einer mündlichen Teilprüfung.
1. Schriftliche Prüfung
- • Leseverstehen: Texte aus Alltag, Beruf oder Studium verstehen
- • Schreiben: Briefe, E-Mails oder Argumentationen verfassen
- • Hörverstehen: Gesprochenes in verschiedenen Situationen verstehen
2. Mündliche Prüfung
- • Freies Sprechen: Vorstellung & Diskussion zu einem Thema
- • Dialogische Aufgaben: Austausch mit Prüfer:in oder Teilnehmer:innen
